Stand Space

When you decide to exhibit at M&E Indonesia, begin by choosing the appropriate space on the exhibition floor. Choose from the following stand options:

Space Only (minimum 18sqm)
This option provides floor space only (carpet or other flooring is not included). This is the best option for you if you are planning to have a custom design stand built. You will need to provide documentation for approval for all custom stand builds.

Shell Scheme (minimum 9sqm)
This is the most popular option for exhibitors. In this option, we provide both exhibition space and a standard shell scheme (also commonly known as a booth) and fascia (signage with your company name and stand number).

Upgraded Shell Scheme (minimum 18sqm)
In this option, we provide exhibition space, shell scheme with an extended tower which will feature your company logo, fascia (signage with your company name and stand number) and additional furniture.

Starter Pack (6sqm)
This option is only available for first-time participants to M&E Indonesia and provides both exhibition space and a standard shell scheme (also commonly known as a booth) and fascia (signage with your company name and stand number).
